John F. Kennedy Elementary's top spellers battled it out for the chance to participate in the District's Spelling Bee that will be held on Friday, January 27th, at the Kennedy Auditorium. After 17 rounds, 5th Grader Jasmine Dozal was pronounced the winner. Second place went to 4th Grader Queenie Hing, and the 3rd place title went to 5th Grader Nicholas Nunez. The top ten spellers from Kennedy will participate in Friday's District Spelling Bee. |

FCCLA and Woodmen of the World will be sponsoring a child safety event at JFK Elementary on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Students in Pre School thru 3rd Grade will be attending the Fingerprinting and Safety Fair. |
